Ingredients

1 cup Wild Oregon Bay Shrimp
-
3 cups mixed greens
-
½ cup brown rice or grain of choice

¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cups cucumbers, chopped
-
2 tbsp julienned carrots
-
2 tbsp sprouts
-
2 tbsp green onions, diced
-
½ avocado
-
dressing of choice
Directions
Thaw shrimp and pat dry.
In a bowl, add greens to the base and then assemble shrimp, brown rice, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, green onions, and sprouts.
Toss in dressing of your choice.
